Welcome to the asset register. The asset register is where you can safely record the assets being held in your asset holding company. The assets contained in your asset register can be viewed, downloaded and printed off at any time that you require them, 24 hours a day, 365 days per week.

To view, download or print off a copy of your asset register, you will need to login to your account on the client login page using your username and password. For security purposes, you will not be able to edit the asset register and any disposals or acquisitions must be notified to us. As custodians of the register, we will make any amendments that you require and will send to you any additional asset tags that you may need. To inform us of any alterations that you require to your register, you must inform us of any changes by using the contact us page.

Under no circumstances will any alterations to your register be accepted verbally. To this end, we do not have a telephone contact number and you should contact us strictly by using electronic mail. This is to ensure the highest possible security, as your details are registered with us and we will only respond to the email address that you have registered. The only time that we will contact you by telephone is if you ever notify us of a change to your email address and at that point, we will contact you on the telephone number that you registered with us at the time of your initial registration. Change of telephone numbers must be notified to us immediately by electronic mail and the number will be verified.
